Privacy Policy

1. Information you give us

• Your email address — only if you type it into the box to get the free 3-Point Sleep Fix.
• The source you arrived from (e.g. a Pinterest link) — stored alongside the email so we can tell which content people find useful. It contains no personal details.

2. Payment information

We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed entirely by our checkout providers — Dodo Payments for card payments and Payhip for the PayPal backup link. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Analytics

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records basic, privacy-focused traffic statistics (page views and country-level location). We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Why we keep your email

So we can tell you when a new guide in the series comes out — for example the Gua Sha guide in October or the Food Therapy guide in November. Nothing else. We don't send a regular newsletter, and we don't pass your address to anyone else.

Unsubscribe or delete

Two ways, both one step: click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or write to pressherewellness@outlook.com and ask us to remove you. We'll delete your address and confirm — usually within a couple of days.

Access, correction, deletion

Email pressherewellness@outlook.com and we'll send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it — your choice, free of charge, wherever in the world you're reading this.

Children

PRESS HERE is not aimed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the address immediately.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
