Questions about bedtime acupressure

Which acupressure points help you fall asleep?
Three beginner-friendly points: HT7 (inner wrist, pinky-side crease), Yintang (between the eyebrows), and KI1 (the hollow on the sole, just behind the ball of the foot). Press each gently for 30–60 seconds.
How long before bed should I do it?
Right in bed, lights low, phone face-down. It takes about a minute total — think of it as a signal to your body that the day is done.
Do I need any tools or oil?
No. Just your fingers and a little pressure. That's the whole point — it works anywhere, including in bed.
Is it safe?
Acupressure is a traditional practice used for wellness, not a medical treatment. Some points (like Spleen 6 and Large Intestine 4) are traditionally avoided in pregnancy. If sleep problems are chronic or you have sharp pain, see a clinician.
