Acupressure is a traditional practice, not a medical treatment. This page is educational and describes how the points are traditionally used — results vary, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Skip points marked as avoided in pregnancy, and don't press on injured, inflamed, or broken skin.
