1

HT7 Shénmén

神门 · "Spirit Gate"
HT7 Shenmen — inner wrist
Inner wrist, the small hollow on the pinky-side crease.
Gentle circles, 30–60s each wrist. Quiets a racing mind.
2

Yìn Táng

印堂 · "Third Eye"
Yintang — between the eyebrows
Midline, between the eyebrows.
Slow circle, 30–60s. Calms the brow, slows the breath.
3

KI1 Yǒngquán

涌泉 · "Bubbling Spring"
KI1 Yongquan — sole of the foot
Sole, hollow just behind the ball of the foot.
Firm press, 60s each foot. Grounds you into rest.

Press them in order, lights low, phone face-down. Each point "answers" in under a minute — you'll feel the breath slow.
